Edge is an ecommerce analytics multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to help brands accelerate their online growth.I provided 2nd level technical and application support to both internal and customer-facing applications. This involved managing a queue of reporting and analytics cases, prioritisation of issues, working with stakeholders to triage issues and determine root cause analysis.I built scripts to automate repetitive tasks, create documentation to help users avoid common mistakes and constantly build knowledge of existing and new product functionalities.

I was responsible to maintain data quality, completeness and making sure that our insights platform provided accurate reports and KPI metrics to our customers so that they can accelerate their e-commerce growth. I worked directly with the customers, sales, product and engineering teams.Built scripts to automate data handling and quality checks.

I did end-to-end UI and functional testing of various e-commerce/ e-learning websites and applications across various OS (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS) and browsers (IE, Safari, Chrome, Firefox). Creating test cases, plans and strategies and bug logging, tracking, regression testing and collaborating with developers was a part of day-to-day.I was Awarded with 'Bug of the Week' (at team level) for reporting an unseen and complicated bug in the application.I also led a team of 4, leading requirements gathering, test strategies and cases, while enforcing software testing standards and agile methodologies.
