I analyzed user interviews, artifacts and audits of the existing website for a higher education client. I created proto personas for the users identified in my research. From this analysis I was able to create a comprehensive sitemap of information to organize content. The site had been organized by departments, which made sense internally. But after initial grouping of information and client workshops, we restructured the site to make sense to the end users instead. Wireframes were also a deliverable and refined during client meetings.

At Ignite Social Media I used my expertise of the user experience to design wireframes for our brands' social media initiatives. My wireframes laid out the business requirements and strategy for each project we developed. Structuring the user interface is one of the main components for a successful product.As my career progressed at Ignite, I made a home in project management for our tech team as well as participating in the quest for better efficiencies for our team and company as a whole. I used thorough Quality Assurance (QA) documents to create user stories and user flow for my projects. Using these documents I followed the life-cycle of these projects so that end-testing was complete and effective.
