Primary point for contact for grantees -- monitor and respond to project mail, email and phone correspondence.  Provide technical assistance to applicants and grantees regarding grant application, review, management and closure process. Coordinate and monitor the work of and invoicing process for strategic planning and ECE consultants. Draft content for informational and promotional communications. Coordinate advisory council and provider meetings. Establish and maintain a data management system that will ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of project data; including grant applications, awards, payments, project progress and closure. Monitor and report on grantee performance, consultant activities and project timelines to demonstrate that Fund for Quality activities are on target.
