I have over 10 years of experience in the education sector, ranging from secondary school teaching to school administration.My core competencies include leadership, interpersonal skills, data analysis, curriculum design, inclusive education, and human resource management. I hold a Master of Education in Leadership and School Improvement from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. I am passionate about applying the best practices and insights from various industries to the diverse dynamics of education.
