The Accounts Payables Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing a team of Specialists to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments for Enlivant and its subsidiaries in a timely and appropriate manner. The Accounts Payable Manager works closely with the support center and communities to resolve issues, maintain proper controls. Oversee revenue cycle process and ensure that proper financial controls are in place, perform month end close and prepare month end close documents, such as profit and loss statement and balance sheet.Forecast cash flows, break-even metrics and expenses for budgetary purposes.Prepare monthly account reconciliations, G/L entries, and payroll accruals.Process payroll for 26 employees.Prepare annual budget.

Researched, analyzed, and evaluated suppliers for raw materials and services for six manufacturing facilities in North America, Spain, the Netherlands and UK.
