The sole point of contact for de-escalating and finding solutions for irate customers by utilizing technical support tools such as Big Brother, Orion, and E-Imports systems. Provided detailed troubleshooting and problem resolutions for internal and external customers through both telephone and onsite visits as required. Supported all Securus platforms and solutions. Communicated product options and related changes clearly and concisely. Navigated programs/platforms, including SGate, Connexion, K95 Dialer, and At-a-Glance. Orchestrated onsite Field Technician as it pertained to the customer support case.

Assessed workload balance between the cross-functional teams and distributed project assignments accordingly to ensure all resources were utilized at full capacity.
