A broad network coupled with an intrinsic desire to help others and the ability to 'see the forest and the trees' has made connecting the dots second nature.A diverse skill set, integrity, coaching style, and focus on the success of others led to my first promotion. Those themes of servant LEADERSHIP and the ability to be both the 'sailboat's wind and ballast' have continued to frame my career and pull me into leadership roles.
