We are a non-profit organization working together to build more successful and enduring startups so founders and their communities can realize more of the economic and social benefits from the trillions of investor dollars that flow in to these companies every year. Our approach works to restore the balance between financial and HUMAN capital with a focus on enhancing mentor effectiveness, enabling more effective startup boards, and providing founders with leadership development coaching and training to improve their ability to compete in today's brutal talent wars. We share our research-based learnings in the form of workshops, tools, and techniques and make them available through leading accelerator partners worldwide.
