Communicate with all relevant people to ensure the planning procedure is completed by the end of internship. Forecast the budget for the new communication device and submit the budget proposal for management approval. Gain the understanding of the harbor towage, marine and trading industry in HK, the operations of tug fleets of Swire Pacific. Work in different sectors at Swire pacific and learn how operation runs daily (Receive order, operation with crews, TSR record etc). Advise any improvements to the management team.
