Prior to my role as the Senior Account Manager at Promotional Handling Ltd, I was an Account Manager. I professionally managed the accounts of our clients with effective use of e-commerce and excellent customer service skills in the Third-Party Logistics and Handling & Fulfilment industry.My main duties and responsibilities included…- Taking ownership of several customer accounts- Ensuring the management of the account runs smoothly- Reporting to the Senior Account Manager- Delivering a high level of customer service- Responding to queries promptly- Supervising account handlersOur Third-Party Logistics at Promotional Handling ensures all our clients’ Handling & Fulfilment needs are met efficiently. My role involved exceptional customer service, having to work directly with clients and sorting out any issues through professional use of e-commerce. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, I made sure there was always a high level of customer service by responding to queries promptly.I enjoyed working as part of a team to complete the campaigns to meet our specialist Handling & Fulfilment services and utilising e-commerce with my customer service skills. I also gained an IPM Diploma in Promotional Marketing.

My initial role at Promotional Handling Ltd, before becoming the Senior Account Manager, was as an Account Handler. I was part of the day to day running of the business though data capture and organising all the Handling & Fulfilment applications. This also involved making sure Third Party Logistics were running efficiently for our fulfilment duties.This role primarily involved…- Receiving and making calls- Customer Service and e-commerce- Data capture for promotions- Order processing for handling & fulfilment- Organising handling & fulfilment applications- General admin duties- Project supervision- Ensure all account administration is completed is and orderly manner.During this role at Promotional Handling, I supervised several accounts and was directly responsible for account administration and customer coordination whilst assisting the Account Managers in their roles by undertaking any general admin tasks as required. I gained invaluable experience in e-Commerce and presenting excellent customer service skills whilst working in a Handling & Fulfilment industry with Third Party Logistics.During my role as an Account Handler, the working day was very structured, as I worked to set goals set out by the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. I gained and developed fantastic skills in working with people and organising my workload in a complex Third Party Logistics industry.

Working within the Customer Services team, to manage and liaise with manufacturers, designers and suppliers to find solutions for our customer requirements pre-sale, post-sale; advising on any after care issues. Promoting the Brand through the products, procedures and services available, with an expert level of knowledge.
