-Responsible for social media content creation for ICG & its (8) subsidiaries. Topics included construction and contracting projects (scaffolding, insulation, painting/coatings, and abatement), safety & OSHA compliance, articles by subject matter experts within the industry, and collaboration with partners to increase engagement.-Streamlined customer data input into Salesforce CRM, improving information integrity, elimination of “tribal knowledge”, and increasing accessibility across 25 US branches.-Creation and preparation of presentations (PowerPoints, Lunch & Learns, brochures) for Business Development, recording & distribution of meeting minutes, facilitating specific action items/next steps, with scheduled check-ins to ensure progress and accountability.-Regularly traveled to photograph customer jobsites: power plants, oil refineries, ship yards, steel mills, tank farms, hospitals, and commercial skyrises.-Secured permissions to use jobsite photographs and/or client names from legal counsel and VP of Health & Environmental Safety.-Collaborated with COO and Business Development on improved data tracking of sales-related activities for National Accounts.-Facilitated scheduling & event planning across departments (Branch Managers, Business Development, C-Suite, & Marketing)-SWAG: supported Marketing Specialist approve and order product, personally assembled SWAG bags for customer events & product demos.
