My role focuses on shaping initiatives that drive professional growth, enhance team collaboration, and create a positive culture across our organisation.Working previously as a HR Business Partner at the College, I supported the strategic and operational goals of the organisation by providing effective and professional HR advice and guidance. I have over seven years of experience in the HR field, working in various roles including Stoke on Trent College and Caudwell Children, a charity that supports disabled children and their families. I have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keele University, and I have developed skills in employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and recruitment. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters learning and development, and aligns with the mission, values and strategic vision of an organisation.
