"I have grown up around animals and owned a range of pets from rats and gerbils, to chickens, goats and a goose named Freddie. I completed my BTEC ND in Animal management and then went on to work within several different rescue centres as well as at a hydrotherapy pool for dogs with joint problems. Prior to having my twin daughters I set up and ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business for several years. I have undertaken a comprehensive training course, comprising residential training as well as home study with behaviourist Gwen Bailey in 2009 to become a Puppy School Tutor. In the past I have owned Staffordshire Bull Terriers, one of which suffered a genetic eye disease so was blind. My current dog is a Jack Russell called Bear whom I found abandoned in the snow at just 3 weeks old."Specialties: Positive dog and puppy training.
