I reviewed around 70 decisions per day once my team of decision makers had assessed the applications and decided to issue or refuse in accordance with the Rules. I personally addressed Judicial Reviews, representations from Members of Parliament, Administrative Reviews in relation to students and addressed complaints. I managed to prioritise front end workflow alongside post decision reviews. Furthermore, I managed a team of decision makers, setting clear objectives so they understood the expected levels of performance.
