In my role as the Director of Educational Technology, I collaborate with administrators and teachers to develop, evaluate, and implement a comprehensive technology integration plan and to train, model, and assist staff in integrating technology in the classroom to improve student achievement. I have developed partnerships with technology partners and vendors and other exemplary schools and districts to explore research-based practices and purchase up-to-date technology innovations, software and hardware.Other key contributions include, designing and implementing remote learning, strategic planning, budget management, data analysis, policy development, curriculum integration, and equity and accessibility.

Principal of a PK-5 Title I elemenatry school. Key contributions include professional learning communities, professional development, PBIS/classroom managment, instructional leadership, staff evaluations, assessment and data analysis.

Design and lead professional learning throughout Arizona, regarding the shifts required for educational technology integration with the new AZ Educational Technology Standards.

As an educator mentor I was assigned to mentor product development teams through the design of a new technology with emphasis on learner variability and educational technology integration through the lens of end-users in the classroom/school setting.

Assistant Principal at three Pk-8 sites including A+ School of Excellence school recipient and International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IBMYP) school.
