Starting in 2019, I took on additional graphic design responsibilities, developing visual content for use in weekly messages and special events as well as social media.I was also responsible for developing and maintaining service partnerships with schools and other local organizations by promoting supply drives, coordinating volunteers, and managing donations.I began serving as the liaison to the Vancouver Heights Compassion Clinic in 2019. I arranged informational sessions at Real Life Church, solicited volunteers from the church body, and gave after-action reports. In our first year participating, Real Life Church sent six volunteers to serve at the clinic. In our second year, the year coronavirus made a much smaller clinic necessary, I organized a food drive that provided 16 bags of groceries to clinic guests and local nonprofits.

I managed payroll for over 150 employees and provided HR support by processing new employees, monitoring PTO usage, and keeping employee profiles up-to-date. I also completed special projects involving inventory management, writing and editing, and event logistics. The largest of these projects was to work with management to revise the employee handbook. I also assisted with planning a three-day sales expo in March 2013.
