I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, who has coached over 1,000 clients and numerous women through women's circles, workshops and retreats . I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor, Registered Nurse and a momma to 2 kiddos. I specialize in self-discovery, self-compassion and building intentional community. I believe the process of self-discovery and self-compassion isn’t something we do to get us through hard times, but it is something we do to live our lives to the fullest. To create more meaningful, joyful and authentic moments and experiences. Our inner being knows exactly what we need, but until we decide to listen to that truth we will be living in autopilot, living by expectations rather than authenticity and just surviving rather than thriving. At For The Women, we create spaces for women to explore who they are, what they want, need and desire and to build intentional community where they feel heard, seen and celebrated. My coaching and circle facilitator philosophy is "I'm not the expert, you are." My clarity is not in being the master at any specific method, but in teaching others to develop their own self-mastery.My job is to help you know yourself so deeply that not one person or one experience can ever take that away. I teach you to become the expert of yourself through self-discovery, self-compassion, and exploration. I help you regain your power by guiding you to align with your own intuitive wisdom.My main teachings is helping you create a stable foundation to stand on and that carries you through the peaks and valleys of your life experiences.
