My name is Laura Flores, and I'm an undergraduate student at Lehman College, majoring in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Marketing. Currently, I work as a Sales Associate TJ Maxx, where I have developed expertise in creating engaging and sales-driven Customer Service experiences. I've been recognized for my clear and friendly communication skills. With a strong work ethic and dedication, I have worked since I was 16 years old in order to learn the value of work, obtain professional experiences and develop multiple skill, which are tools that can help me to pursue my dreams. In fact, since I was a child, my parents told me that the only person who can make your dreams come true is yourself by working hard and having motivation. This is why I will never give up on my goals, which are exploring the world, pursuing a professional career in Business Administration, and graduating from college. I hope to find a place to work as a Human Resources Assistant, where I can provide my knowledge and of course gain more experiences.
