Worked with multiple governmental agencies to establish and gain approval for a new and innovative charter school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Gained approval through rigorous scrutiny by city council and planning and zoning commissions for school property and building. Responsible for hiring of school management. Served as the President of the Governing Council after operations began.
