- Take ownership of and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication and anticipation of candidate, interview and recruiter requirements. - Schedule phone and/or on- interviews for your business area. Complex calendar (often in different time zones).- Prompt follow up and communication with candidates from initial contact to completion of onsite.- Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers. - Provide hiring managers and relevant stakeholders with appropriate information pre and post interview.- Process candidate and new hire documentation.- Coordinate candidate travel and initiate expense reimbursement when required.- Participate in ad-hoc process improvement projects.

- Liase between guests and partners to resolve medium to high complexity issues via phone and email on various topics such as: modifications, cancellations, special requests, relocations, complaints, etc. - Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. - Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience. - Supporting colleagues with peer learning, and being open to feedback from others.

- Manage the appropriate time flow of localization projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations. - Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact providing timely responses and actions. - Monitor, assess and make independent decisions on work methods and resources to be used while following industry leading quality standards and procedures. - Directly select, instruct and manage team linguists (including work allocation, performance management, mentoring and training). - Communicate project activities effectively with internal stakeholder and customer. - Manage and grow client relationships whilst achieving/exceeding the expected margin.

- Translation and review of major game titles, marketing texts, business software, websites and subtitling, but also contracts, legal documents, press releases, etc. - Review and correction of translation entry tests of potential new team members. Provided translation and review for over 2,000,000 words. - Verification of software's compliance with developers’ standards and terminology- Entering bug reports using databases such as TestTrack Pro, Jira, DevTrack, Mantis;- Responsible for evaluating candidates' translation tests and for providing assessment during interviews. - Responsible for providing training in Spanish and Italian to new team members.

- Identify, isolate and document bugs clearly in a database. - Run test suites, verify fixes, spot grammar and language mistakes in tested language. - Ensure the correct terminology is used.
