Product Owner - Verisure
CurrentIn my role as a Product Owner at Verisure, I collaborate closely with the engineering team and interact with almost all departments within the organization. I manage products through their entire lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum), ensuring that we achieve our business goals efficiently. My work involves enhancing productivity and driving value creation within the product.· Define the product vision: close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and identify needs, in order to define of Roadmap objectives.· Prioritisation: Set clear and prioritised goals to guide product development, · Collaboration with the development team: ensuring high quality delivery of the product. · Perform quality testing: Identify and report problems or defects and collaborate with the development team to resolve them efficiently.· Communication facilitator: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and a clear understanding of requirements. · Data analysis: to make continuous adjustments and improvements to the product.
