As a Health Care Recruiter with Cross Country Nurses, I worked with nurses across the country to find the best travel assignments in areas that they are interested in. I staffed hospitals through the country and ensured that all my travelers were fully supported at all stages of their contracts.

Worked part time as a server at Brick & Brew gastropub. I ensured that all customers needs were met and that I was able to provide as much information about current food and beer specials as possible. I worked as part of a team to see that the restaurant remained clean and fully stocked.

As a supports coordinator I managed a caseload of 27 consumers that receive a range of services through a funded waiver. I met with each consumer monthly in numerous settings to ensure that all health and safety needs were continuously being met. I maintained regular contact with consumers, their families and other team members and assisted in providing.

As a case manager, I oversaw a caseload of 30-40 clients with behavioral health concerns. I coordinated with the clients, their families, and any other team members or agencies that they were involved with to ensure that the clients needs were being met. I completed necessary paperwork to ensure continuity with their services both during their time at.

Worked one-on-one daily with a child with Autism in a school environment. Daily prompts, reminders, and other interventions were used to support the child in school setting within all areas (social, emotional, etc.). I participated in team meetings/discussions to establish behavioral goals and implemented interventions to decrease negative behaviors over.

Worked as a server to provide friendly customer service to all patrons of the diner. Ensured that all patrons enjoyed their time at Warminster West. I worked as part of a team to ensure that all jobs were completed appropriately and interacted positively with all patrons and staff.

Worked in different roles of the restaurant such as busser, hostess, and banquet waitress. Worked well as a team with other servers and managers to ensure the satisfaction of the customers. Maintained good customer service at all times to ensure positive experiences for customers and completed all tasks in a timely manner.
