I am striving for a career in Supply Chain operations. I am working on my BBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management. My expected graduation date is December 2026. While attending school, I work full-time as a Process Assistant with Amazon. I also volunteer with a local youth softball league as an assistant coach. My work experience with Amazon and McDonald's has instilled in me a drive for excellence and high standards. I lead by example to the teams I manage. I work hard and lead with positivity. I create a positive work environment that enables the team to perform to high standards.In Amazon, I have been a team lead over several departments and several projects. Through coaching and communication of standards, I increase productivity and safety with the associates.I was promoted from a crew member at McDonald's to General Manager. I trained crew members and Shift Managers. I implemented a management system that empowered shift managers and gave them additional responsibilities. This system improved the store performance and increased sales by 6.5%.
