Associate Attorney at Alessandri Abogados, in charge of the International Trademark Department. I manage the portfolio of trademarks and other intangible assets of our clients worldwide. Together with a great team, we take care of the entire strategy for the internationalization of our clients, from the management of trademark offices, agreements with commercial distributors in each country, labeling, as well as each of the requirements related to their operations outside Chile. I'm a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María (USM) in Caracas - Venezuela, with a specialization in Intellectual Property at Universidad de Los Andes (ULA). I have a Diploma in Business Management for Lawyers at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). I was part of the Business Intelligence Program for Corporate and Institutional Management offered by the Postgraduate Coordination of Universidad Monteávila (UMA). I took several courses of the Online Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).I'm a founding member of the Latin American School of Intellectual Property (ELAPI). Likewise, I'm a active member of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), being incorporated in different committees. My interests include the dissemination of the importance of Intellectual Property, as well as a great fascination for trademarks, entertainment, the wine industry, innovation and technological development.
