I have worked with accounting programs from SAP to Great Plains over my 20 years in the field along with more customized programs for companies like the Regional Airport Authority.I have experience with property tax filing on leased equipment, preparing corrected filings when I found previous years had been incorrectly done, then made corrected bill backs or refunds to the clients. I began working with $8 million in leased assets with growth over 9 months to over $16 million. Each grant had a limit, ie $13.1 million, and my job was to make sure all filings attached to the grant equaled as close to that number without going over. My typical deviation range was between $100 to $1,500.00. This speaks to my attention to detail, problem solving skills, communications and conflict resolution.I prepared grant submissions for the RAA for the Louisville Airport expansion and Noise Reduction Project while making corrected filings of previous erroneous grant submissions by predecessors after I found errors in their work.
