AmStar Inc. is a Commercial Construction and Commercial Property Management Company that has been in business for nearly a quarter century. We are located in Louisville, KY (also known as the Derby City) and serve customers in the Southern and Midwestern regions. We have a diverse customer base, ranging from retail, corporate/office, financial, restaurant, religious and education to healthcare, wellness, recreation, data centers and government facilities.
