Four Star Realty’s regional office in Boulder is located at 1310 College Ave right in the Heart of University Hill. This office houses around 50 property management professionals. We service an eclectic student housing portfolio at the University of Colorado, as well a residential portfolio that includes; Downtown Boulder, Pearl Street, Goss Grove, Martin Acres, East Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, and Longmont.
