Shawn VanderWood has lived and worked in Boulder County for over 12 years and has spent that time developing his knowledge of the County’s real estate market, as well as the details of each town, neighborhood and school district in Boulder County. He has experience working with a wide variety of buyers and sellers – from relocating families to some of the top developers and investors in the State.Shawn began his career in real estate as a Broker and Marketing Director for a busy residential and commercial agency in downtown Denver. There he created unique ways to effectively and aggressively market some Denver’s premier properties – a skill he now incorporates into his work here in Boulder County. He also honed his skills at negotiating by learning from some of the State’s top producing Realtors and being involved in some of Denver’s biggest development projects.Before his career in real estate, Shawn worked as an engineer in the construction world, helping build some of the Front Range’s most well-known neighborhoods.
