The Retail Operations Analyst position is responsible for many facets of the business including project coordination and project management, management of client and vendor agreements, data analysis and reporting and system monitoring and troubleshooting. • Effectively manage and coordinate multiple Retail Business technology projects directed toward strategic business objectives• Manage all retail technology needs for new store openings including the procurement, staging, implementation and training of hardware and software including Point of Sale• Conducted annual PCI compliance audit to ensure security measures were to standards and to mitigate a data security breach

• Assisted with the development, maintenance and execution the Hallmark Canada Retail Management and Point Of Sale program for the Hallmark Canada retail network• Supported retail technology for new store openings including the procurement, staging, implementation and training of Point of Sale hardware and software• Developed, maintained and executed the Hallmark Canada Retail Management and Point of Sale training program for the Hallmark Canada franchise network

• Successfully delivered I/T solutions using QMM methodologies to identify business needs, document business requirements while maintaining a partnership between the business and developers • Proactively collaborated with business partners to formulate and strategize business processes and solutions to reduce costs, improve operations and increase profits• Facilitated sessions with business partners and I/T staff to ensure project requirements were accurately gathered and communicated
