After high school and College I attended Drysdale TAFE in Tasmania to complete cert 1 in kitchen operations. VET hospitality operations cert 2 at college. For 3 years I owned a pizza/ takeaway shop witch I worked previously for 7 yrs. I’ve worked in various hospitality jobs in bakeries and restaurants. My passion lies working in Aged Care where I started as a kitchen hand in 2012 and continue to still.
