• Partner with key stakeholders and staffing suppliers to manage expectations and performance in talent acquisition, compensation, and contingent workforce management• Manage job postings, create work orders, coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, run and analyze HR data reports, manage on/offboarding documents, and process contract extensions in Workday and PRO WAND VMS for a Food & Beverage client• Resolve all critical Employee Relations issues and partner with client HRBP providing guidance to avoid legal and co-employment risks• Advise customer on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), maintain updated documents, and enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies• Run background screens and send onboarding documents to employees through SterlingONE ensuring policy and government compliance

• Build relationships with program managers at Fortune 500 energy clients to better understand and support their staffing needs by exchanging market knowledge, selling in specialized candidates, negotiating contracts, and obtaining NPS feedback to provide the best possible service and influence sales• Manage enterprise client VMS portals - Fieldglass and Beeline (accept work orders, schedule interviews, build and run reports, manage onboarding and compliance documents, and process contract extensions)• Effectively communicate and coordinate live job needs, program updates, interviews, and offers from clients to internal teams on Monday.com• Provide cross-functional analytical support to resolve issues between our clients and internal teams- payroll, billing, sales, and contract admin teams• Collect, analyze, and report detailed data and trends to find gaps in our service and strategize to better support internal and external key stakeholders• Create and lead trainings on internal and external processes and systems

• Manage talent portfolio of 150 contracts within the energy, life sciences, finance, and IT markets by extending and negotiating margin and duration upwards on extensions• Conduct monthly welfare calls and act as a point of escalation for client and contractor queries resolving invoicing, payroll, and project scope issues and providing talent performance feedback• Coordinate networking events to foster employee and client relationships • Assist sales team in business development and lead generation• Generate and analyze business reports for key stakeholders • Assist team manager with training internal employees, interviewing, leading projects and team incentives

• Coordinate and schedule contractor onboarding process (drug & background screenings, corporation documents, E-Verify, and employment authorization documents)• Conduct monthly welfare calls and act as a point of escalation for contractor queries including resolving invoicing, payroll, benefits, and timesheet issues• Manage time sheet submission process for 150 contractors; ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Monitor compliance and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and documentation (IDs, W4s, I-9's)• Process new contracts and extensions on SAP for clients and contractors• Coordinate networking events to foster employee and client relationships
