I managed lease renewals per guidelines established by property directives or company guidelines. I assisted in reviewing maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction per company guidelines. I performed related duties and special projects as required by Community Manager and would act as Community Manager at functions in her absence. I also designed property flyers, and other marketing materials used for Walnut Creek and other UAG properties.
Leasing Professional
My job as a Leasing Professional for Walnut Creek Apartments was to lease apartments and retain our current residents through customer service, and sales techniques. I would greet prospects and qualify them for leasing by following community procedures including completing a Guest Card, going on a community tour, and making all prospects feel at home. I was responsible for recording all telephone traffic and in-person visits. I filed guest cards and followed-up with prospects and leases according to company procedures. I would submit the processed applications to the Community Manager or Assistant Manager for approval. I ensured that the leased apartment was ready for the resident to move-in on the agreed date. I handled the move-in procedures and appropriate paperwork prior to and during their move-in. I was also responsible for getting the new residents acclimated to the community. I also monitored and reported advertising effectiveness, and designed all property flyers for marketing or property functions.
