My life has taken me on many journeys and the best journey has been my career with Edward Jones. When I was offered a position in early 2010 with the firm, I almost didn't accept the position because I was scared of the challenge of starting something new and doing a complete 360 in my career. I am so happy that I accepted, the relationships that I have built and the lives that I have helped is so rewarding for all the stress and struggles that came along with starting something new. In the spring of 2011, I was offered the opportunity to relocate my office to Lakeland, Florida. It was one of the best opportunities and my husband and I have been very happy ever since. I think I was meant to live in warm weather year round but I will always be a Chicago girl at heart. In 2012 I was invited to serve on the board of directors for the SPCA Florida. This is a group I am very passionate about and am so happy to help the animals. In the Spring of 2016, I helped found the Women's Giving Circle of the SPCA. It was such an honor in 2019 to earn the “Young Athena” award within my community and the “Spirit of Caring” award from my colleagues. In January 2021, I was named Principal at Edward Jones. Overall, I never would have imagined 10 years ago that I would live in Florida and help my clients save, grow and protect their wealth.
