As a Certified Juice Professional and Mental Wellness Coach, I help mothers manage the overwhelm of motherhood by empowering them to create new thoughts about the challenging circumstances of homeschooling or having kids home all day. My clients regain control of their lives and reclaim peace and joy through learning tools to manage their thoughts and emotions. Additionally as a Certified Juice Therapist, I help families incorporate juicing to nutritionally boost the brain's ability to cope with mental ailments and strengthen the gut/ brain connection.

As a provisional teacher of the Bradley Method, I educate expectant couples to prepare them for a healthy pregnancy and birth and teach ways to help prevent medical interventions. Such topics include the pregnancy and childbirth process, nutrition during pregnancy, pregnancy exercises to prepare for birth, relaxation techniques, coaching for the husband, and birth options for parents.
