I partnered with stakeholders across 32+ teams in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales in strategically filling their roles to build the best team. A few notable hiring accomplishments include hiring 50 team leads into temporary leadership assignments resulting in estimated costs savings of $700,000 once all assignments end in early 2024 and hiring 200+ employees to date across the business units,I provided consultative internal mobility support to recruiters in others departments on topics such as sourcing, internal marketing, stakeholder management, candidate experience and more. I curated and facilitated monthly diversity focused conversations with my team covering various topics such as recent events, cultural celebrations, and more resulting in a 96% employee belonging sentiment.

Led a team of 3 high volume internal mobility recruiters supporting the NA Customer Service organization across 10+ stakeholder teams resulting in 300 hires during this time. I partnered closely with each recruiter to create on going development plans and career paths to enable their growth through coaching and empowerment. In this role I partnered with the NA Supply Chain Internal Mobility Manager to review monthly metrics including hires, time to fill, time in stage, and team recognition to instill a culture of continuous data analysis among the recruiters. We also reviewed and delegated on Internal Mobility Roadmap projects to the members of our teams including updating internal mobility trainings, developing stakeholder engagement programs, and focus groups across our customer groups.

I focused on ensuring our employees are provided with the resources to navigate the Wayfair Jungle Gym of career opportunities across the various business units including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales nationally and internationally. Inaugural member in the creation of the Field Internal Mobility Team assisting in building out processes, program resources, and change management with stakeholders and partners across Supply Chain, Sales, & Customer Service in NA & EU.

In my role I was a member of a team that pivoted quickly to supporting hiring needs across 8 customer service locations in the US. We delivered a high volume of hires while ensuring to build the best team for our hiring managers. We adapted quickly to the various markets and were creative in our top of funnel strategies.

As a member of the team I conducted job evaluations for roles across the organization using internal data and external market data to provide Business and Talent partners with appropriate recommendations to ensure roles are priced equitably. I Provided recommendations for executive level salaries for internal and external candidates. I Assisted in the market survey review and submission process by auditing 330 roles and gathering data through MarketPay to submit to various practice and salary surveys.

I partnered with the Internship Programming team to develop and execute on various events for summer interns such as: socials, orientations, intern community service days, information sessions, and the Senior Achievement Summit. I led the recruiting and execution for the Student Diversity Symposium for 50 students from across the US from diverse backgrounds to learn more about Liberty's commitment to D&I and possible career opportunities. I conducted phone screens and assisted in hiring decisions for Sales, Human Resources, and IT internship and full time positions.

I assisted team with content creation for a pre-role leadership development program: Leadership Exploration and Development Program, such as mentor circles, self reflection journals, and a program specific community page. I gained experience with project management, content creation, and the development of a program to build high performing leaders.
