In collaboration with Ivan Drouin of the Health and Counselling Centre at St. Francis Xavier University, Project Explore aims to provide outdoor and community meal experiences to the student body and beyond. Our primary goal is to provide these experiences as a means to engage with the community and prioritize activities that provide mental clarity. Project Explore is a subset of a program that the HCC and myself coined "Flourish at X", which includes various programs such as "Procrastination at X", "Game Changer" and "Mindfulness at X".
