A Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience in both generalist and specialist roles. I have extensive experience working with managers to coach and guide them in all aspects of people management. Currently employed by EDF Energy, working across all business areas including nuclear generation, customers and renewable energy, supporting the operational running of Employee Relations cases and contributing to the successful implementation of business and people plans. I strategically partner with the business to deliver business plan objectives, running leadership development workshops to managers. I work in partnership with managers and key stakeholders, liaising with the corporate functions, Shared Services and other HR Specialists to provide HR support to a variety of business areas. I am CIPD qualified and an Associate member of the CIPD.
