- Ensuring knowledge of developing technologies kept up to date and implement as appropriate.- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to achieve/exceed targets and combat competitive threats.- Stakeholder management of key personnel within Card Department.- Stakeholder management of Card projects to ensure delivery to meet obligations and business goals in Mozambique- Work with regional team, support the management of relationships with key external stakeholders including Card Schemes, local regulators, other banks, suppliers and local industry bodies.- Obtain mutually acceptable business and strategic solutions to ensure issues raised are resolved and escalate within the relationship. - Represent business interests via regular attendance at local OPCO/FOC/PRICO/CSF/ NPA and other decision making forums.- Responsible for motivation, direction, control, training and co-ordination the Card team.

The Board is responsible to manage and governs the Pension Fund Assets and Liabilities, monitor and control the investment, Financials and risk associated with the Fund operation.
