As the current Trust Lead for Safeguarding and Inclusion, my focus lies on strategically leading safeguarding initiatives across all of our academies, ensuring a tailored approach that respects the individuality of each educational setting. As an experienced leader of inclusion, I am dedicated to championing the needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) alongside ensuring that Safeguarding is at the forefront of all that we do. My focus has been on creating and implementing inclusive practices that ensure equitable access to learning for all students. Collaborating closely with teachers, local authorities, external agencies, and a range of other professionals, I have successfully developed support strategies in schools that empower students and foster a positive learning environment. Through professional development initiatives and robust monitoring frameworks, I have driven improvements in student outcomes, ensuring that SEND remains a top priority.
