Reporting to the Brand Communications Manager, my responsibilities include:> articulation of Rohan marketing communications strategy through online applications > planning, implementation and development of the customer email CRM programme > supporting the company trading and promotional calendar and ensuring consistency and coordination with the catalogue mailing programme and website presentation > creative development of the email programme and design of the emails in-line with Rohan Brand Guidelines; collaboration with 3rd party creative agency when required> maximising the performance of the email programme by increasing open rates, click-through rates and PCT (Post Click Tracking) revenue

Following success in my Website Administrator role, I gained promotion to Creative Websites Manager, taking on additional responsibility for project management. Reporting to the Brand Communications Manager, my responsibilities incorporated all creative improvements and enhancements to the Rohan website:> project managing all creative improvements to the site from concept to implementation working with external agencies and/or internal departments > managing and overseeing implementation of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns working with an external agency > design & implementation of Rohan homepage in line with company trading calendar, working closely with in-house Email Marketing Executive and external brand agency > using HTML skills to improve and maintain the content areas of the brand website> advanced user of new and improved CMS system: Quantiv> working with external agencies on design projects > forging strong working relationships to ensure one goal for improvements to the website

I took a 6 months sabbatical to travel around the world. I travelled in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia.

Reporting to the Brand Communications Manager, this in-house Website Administrator role involved keeping the product database up-to-date on the website and coordinating promotions online: > generating and updating website content (products, content, promotions) > planning, defining and implementing website changes and functional improvements> maintaining and updating the online marketing plan for the website> creating banners, images, promotions etc for display on the website (using Photoshop) > updating and maintaining the ‘data sheet’ which held the entire product database for the website, before moving to a new and improved CMS (content management system) solution
