About Laura Robak, Ms, Rdms

Hi Everyone! I am Laura Robak and I am an experienced registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with a specialty in OB/GYN. I currently hold positions at Center for Advanced Reproductive Services (CARS) and at Uconn Health in Farmington, CT. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, I am responsible for scanning fertility monitoring, 1st time OB, general abdominal, small parts and vascular exams on inpatients and outpatients. I have prior experience from BIDMC in Boston, MA and BioCare Diagnostics in Quincy, MA performing general abdominal, small parts, vascular DVT, GYN and OB exams in all three trimesters high risk and low risk. I have scheduled outpatients and inpatients while also answering the phones at each campus at BIDMC. At Uconn Health, I am grateful to play a critical role in the high quality of patient care for the clinical center and hospital! While working at these facilities, I also achieved my master’s degree so that one day I can become a clinical instructor and teach my students everything there is to know about ultrasound.
