My skills encompass all aspects of teacher coaching, workshop facilitation, and professional development program management and I have advanced experience in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Combined with my hands-on experience, I have also continued to evolve my own training and I view myself as a lifelong learner. Equipped with a Master of Science in Education, I have also earned numerous licensures in different content areas, such as Elementary Principal (K-12), High School Principal, and Supervisor (K-12). During my tenure with Montgomery County Educational Service Center in Dayton, I have spearheaded School Improvement initiatives, coached special education teachers and supervisors, and handled Response to Intervention and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.I am a compassionate educator, a detail-oriented problem solver, and a data-driven change leader.
