Depending whether the customer has already received credit or still waiting for their merchandise or already received order, which it may be a duplicated order.UPS billing, updating all reports on what was shipped and received mechandise including ETA and reasons why if late. Sending out BOL's of what we shipped, confirmation with either the PO #, PRO #, EDI, or shipment #.Sending out BOL's and DR's. Filing all paperwork. Update Home Office Reports. -
