Liason for inhouse personel to customers , carrirrs, drivers and spotters. Finding appropriate carriers for shipping merchandise and booking trailers for shipping merchandise to other facilties.Handling Misdirects-Calling the stores to get specifics on misdirected merchandise that has been shipped to a store by mistake. Determining how the mistake was made, forward information to department responsible for error. Researching order and advising store what to do with merchandise, which may include creating a ups label to ship merchandise to the correct store or returning merchandise to the SSC. Depending whether the customer has already received credit or still waiting for their merchandise or already received order, which it may be a duplicated order.UPS billing, updating all reports on what was shipped and received mechandise including ETA and reasons why if late. Sending out BOL's of what we shipped, confirmation with either the PO #, PRO #, EDI, or shipment #.Sending out BOL's and DR's. Filing all paperwork. Update Home Office Reports.
