My role involved coordinating and attending game day events, managing VIP appearances, and ensuring a memorable experience for fans and guests.Key Responsibilities:Coordination with Greg Luzinski:Confirm and manage all game day arrangements, including transportation and specific needs.Ensure Greg and his guests have necessary credentials, passes, and access for the day’s events.Suite and VIP Appearances:Oversee and coordinate game day suite and VIP area logistics.Prepare and manage itineraries for appearances and transitions throughout the day.Assist with special requests and ensure a smooth experience for Greg and VIP guests.Fan Interactions:Set up and manage designated areas for autographs, photos, and videos.Handle fan interactions, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining order and security.Communication with Aramark (Concessionaire):Daily interaction with Citizens Bank Park management team-General Manager, Asst. General Manager, Premium Director, Concessions Director, and Supervisory StaffPost-Game Events:Assist with post-game concerts and Kids' Run the Bases events.Transportation and Wrap-Up:Manage Greg’s transportation throughout Citizens Bank Park (golf cart).Handle post-game tasks including collection of materials and follow-up duties.
