I have 15 years customer service experience, working in the hospitality industry. I work well with people, both clients and colleagues, and I know how to conduct in a professional manner. I have a keen interest in litigation law, and I am currently working towards my level 3 certificate in civil litigation through CILEx law school. I have a 2.1 degree in Human Communication Sciences, which developed my word processing, drafting and research skills. While I have no formal audio typing experience, through my previous roles I have been required to record telephone calls by taking notes quickly and concisely, and typing these up in a telephone attendance note.
