I am a strong, highly motivated and successful woman. I am values driven and passionate about the cause. I have worked in health and social care for 21 years and in a leadership role for over 17 years. I am committed to seeing real change happen and I champion for the voice of the people that matter. I lead on peer led initiatives and how best to involve, nurture and develop people with lived experience into the heart of what we deliver.I work collaboratively for the purpose of delivering on transformational change and I have the ability, creativity, flexibility and leadership skills to adapt any team to managing and influencing change positively.I specifically pride myself on the outstanding work my team delivered in partnership with others during the global pandemic which allowed us to work differently but effectively and ultimately make a difference to people’s lives.I am incredibly passionate about health and fitness and recognise how important keeping myself fit, healthy and well is. I have learned a great deal over the years and I strive to share this learning, motivation and experience with others to realise their own potential.
