Bringing Joy to all ages through Sports card collecting, Pokémon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, and other Card based games.

I am an auditor in the inventory position serving various clients. As we approach each client differently, adaptability and focus become the main objective with each job. There are times when we struggle with technology and equipment, so being patient and finding ways to work on other objectives becomes necessary.

I was responsible for servicing product, conducting my duties as liaison at my 3 local target stores. During the time I was there, the need for my products, Pokemon cards and sports cards, became volatile. I worked with my managers and store policy to resolve issues and create a solution that would keep product available in a fair but safe manner. I enjoyed being a self-starter responsible for making an attractive display, administrative reporting, sales calls and making decisions that would benefit both my company and the stores I served.

I had to the privilege to be a third party vendor for various companies, including, but not limited to, Excell, Various signage companies, Jewelry, and Accessories through Target, Dollar General, Walmart. I traveled to various clients and serviced the vendor products, signs or audited displays. I was responsible for documenting, meeting with managers to discuss product, store policy, changes in displays, and how together we could increase sales. I enjoyed meeting new people and sharing opportunities to correct problems, brainstorm solutions and meet the needs of both my client and the company I represented to meet their customer target goals while working within the limitations of their respective stores and available space and manpower.

I enumerated the homes and businesses that were within a 25 mile radius of my home county. I enjoyed meeting new people and reassuring fears and hesitations on the parameters of the information I was requesting. Many people had questions and concerns and since I had educated myself about the role of the census and the US Census, Bureau's history and laws surrounding the governmental regulations regarding that information, I felt confident about giving reassuring answers..

Administrative duties Included: answering phones, determining how to address our guests' concerns, documenting and filing for the various departments, running reports, scheduling delivery, scheduling service for damage product, payment transactions, filing credit applications, and working with synchrony to take payments, trainging new recruits, utilizing our system and reassuring any concerns to make the furniture, buying experience a positive and satisfying one. Diplomatic conversations with customers who had been overpromised and under delivered by the sales department was a key component of my position. A Mantra in the guest services department was we strive to make the rest of the departments look good. I was the go-to person for listening skillfully and calmly to determine the root problem for an irrate customer. I enjoyed bringing solutions to a satisfied closing for all parties involved.

I enjoyed volunteering my time whether it was as a camp Counselor through the Howell Wetlands educational program or during after school programs at the main campus, or even volunteering as a monitor for the Playscape experience. As both a summer helper and school year contributor in the programs for children, I was adaptable to whatever needs arose during the course of the day.

I worked for our local home school fine arts co-op as an art teacher and an independent contractor. I carried out standards that were set up by the co-op by-laws and created the curriculum that was responsible for teaching 4 1 hour classes each week for the duration of the school year. My students ranged in age from 5 to 16 with class sizes up to 14 students at a time. I planned and purchased all the materials needed for the classes as well as uploading the children's artwork and creating a website for the parents viewing and purchasing needs. I planned and executed an art show at the end of each semester for all 4 classes. I maintained a relationship with the board of directors regarding how students were doing and discipline issues that needed to be resolved.My favorite part of this experience was getting to know the different students and how their personalities were directly reflected in their work. Having the chance to inspire them to be a better artist was only a small part of our relationship. Helping them learn more about themselves and how they were uniquely created was the best part of this experience.

I was a part of the team that helped plan the afterschool art program on a part-time basis for at risk children. I really enjoyed getting to know the children and they're specific styles of art and creative endeavors. I personally focused on 2D art. We also did animation with clay and other creative things, such as designing a mural and sculpting components of a new sign that were baked in clay. Part of the job included being flexible and changing as needs evolved through the course of the day as well as having several options when I came in each day because of employee availability or child count. We had to adapt and be ready for whatever the kids needed.

Board member for the Praise Ensembles Fine Arts Home school co-op. I was financial secretary and liaison between the teachers and students. Administrative duties included, but not limited to, Creating financial documents for the co-op, making dispersements to the teachers, creating budgets and enforcing changes needed to stay within the budget, Accepting payments from families and keeping records of those payments. As a board we interviewed Perspective teacher candidates since several of our teacher positions changed over the years. As a board we also started the process of applying for our nonprofit status. I researched and documented ways for us to stay in compliance regarding financial information and reporting statuses with the state government. I implemented quicken for our accounting systems. Being liason between our families and the teachers required diplomatic decisions regarding allowing families to voice their concerns and giving teachers the autonomy that was required as contract workers.
