This was a temporary position. Primary duties include working with the recruiting and HR team for full life cycle recruiting and hiring process. I have worked from the Reston, VA office for the first part of this contract and from my home office for the last 5 months of this contract.

Boise, Idaho Area

As an HR Coordinator my primary duties include: Examining and improving current training and onboarding program, tracking and reporting training activity, oversee marketing and social media efforts for 55 multi-family properties, create and edit content for corporate communications, process payroll using Prime Pay, employment and income verification and other HR functions as assigned. I assisted in recruitment and hiring practices. I also updated the websites for the organization. Other tasks include administrative duties, supply orders, and travel/event planning as necessary.
