My position within Argos required flexibility. From interacting with the public on a one to one basis, in regards to enquiries and sales to dealing with other staff and the stock. I had to work both within a team and independently and be ready and able to complete my tasks effectively and efficiently, no matter what section of the shop I was placed within. I was till, jewellery, warehouse and customer service trained. My role also demanded that I be able to train and answer the questions of other staff whenever the situation arose. On top of this I was required to organise stock on the shop floor in the form of promotional advertisements as well as in the warehouse when dealing with deliveries.
