- Responsible for managing day-to-day activities & acting as point of contact for escalations- Tracked external factors that impact temp workers (e.g. minimum wage change, IR35, etc.)& implemented changes as required to systems / existing processes- Liaised with internal management (i.e. Payroll, Credit Control) to address & resolve anyongoing payroll / rate queries
